Apple’s iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max are now reaching customers, but shoppers who skipped the pre-order can still secure a device through Apple Store pickup in many locations. Same-day collection is available in several markets, although inventory depends on the selected configuration and store.
In the United States, iPhone 18 Pro Max delivery estimates have extended to three to four weeks across every storage option and color. The standard iPhone 18 Pro has shorter, but still significant, delays of two to three weeks for all configurations. Apple’s U.S. and Canadian online stores had not yet fully updated pickup availability at the time of publication, and stock may vary by state or region.
Where iPhone 18 Pro pickup is available
U.K. shipping estimates reach the first and second weeks of October for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, respectively. However, many regions still offer same-day pickup, depending on the store selected during checkout.
Apple Stores in Australia, China, India, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, South Korea, Türkiye, and the United Arab Emirates are also offering same-day pickup options. Customers should check their local store rather than assume every location has stock.
How to order for Apple Store pickup
To check availability, shoppers can add an iPhone 18 Pro model to their bag on Apple.com or in the Apple Store app. During checkout, select “I’ll pick it up”, enter a ZIP code or postal code, and choose an available store and pickup date.
Apple also requires customers to select a 15-minute check-in window. Payment is completed online, and pickup may require a valid government-issued photo ID along with the order number.
Walk-in availability and iPhone 18 Pro pricing
Some Apple Stores may have iPhone 18 Pro models available for customers who arrive without an order. That option is not guaranteed, and walk-in shoppers may be directed to a separate queue with lower priority than customers who reserved a pickup slot.
The iPhone 18 Pro starts at $1,199, while the iPhone 18 Pro Max starts at $1,299. Both prices are $100 higher than those of their predecessors, with the difference increasing at higher capacities. A 1TB iPhone 18 Pro costs $300 more than the equivalent iPhone 17 Pro did last year.
Both models use an OLED Super Retina XDR always-on display with ProMotion, the Dynamic Island, Apple’s A20 Pro chip, 5G connectivity, and a 48-megapixel Pro Fusion camera system. They share Burgundy, Glacier Blue, Silver, and Black color options, as well as four storage tiers. The smaller iPhone 18 Pro is also available with 2TB of storage for the first time.
