Apple has introduced new Beats 360 over-ear headphones alongside a limited-time discount on replacement ear cushion kits. Through October 31, customers in the United States can purchase extra Performance Knit or UltraPlush cushion kits for $9.99 each from Apple's online store.

Each kit includes cushions for the ear cups and a matching headband component. Apple is offering the accessories in a variety of colors, giving Beats 360 owners additional options beyond the cushions included with their headphones.

Beats 360 cushion kit pricing and availability

The $9.99 introductory price applies to both the Performance Knit and UltraPlush cushion options. The offer is available through October 31, while supplies last, and Apple limits purchases to three kits per order.

Apple is also offering the lower pricing in select countries outside the United States. The available colors and regional prices may vary, but the US online store is the location specifically identified for the $9.99 offer.

When the Beats 360 accessory price increases

Apple says regular pricing will begin on November 1. At that point, each cushion kit will cost $49.99 instead of the introductory $9.99 price.

The change represents a $40 increase per kit after the promotional period ends. Customers who want additional Performance Knit or UltraPlush cushions at the lower price therefore need to place their orders by October 31, subject to inventory availability and the three-kit order limit.

What comes in each kit

The Performance Knit kit includes matching Performance Knit cushions for the ear cups and headband. Apple also sells an UltraPlush version with UltraPlush ear cushions and a matching headband component.

The two options give Beats 360 buyers a choice between the accessory styles Apple has listed for the headphones. Apple’s product pages identify the kits by cushion material and color, with multiple color choices available across the accessory range.

The discounted kits arrive as Apple launches the Beats 360 headphones, making the promotion the initial accessory pricing for the new over-ear model. The offer does not change the stated regular price of the headphones or establish a permanent price for the cushion kits.
