Realme’s Buds T500 Pro Harry Potter Edition brings Hogwarts-themed styling to the company’s true wireless earbuds. Created through Realme’s partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products, the limited-edition model keeps the same features as the standard Buds T500 Pro while adding extensive Harry Potter branding and accessories.

In India, the Harry Potter Edition costs INR 6,999 through Realme’s official website. That is more than double the standard Buds T500 Pro, which is priced at INR 3,199 and comes in Chocolate, Lemon Cola and Orange Mint finishes.

A Hogwarts-inspired retail package

The retail box is roughly the size of a smartphone package and uses Realme’s brown-and-gold “Magic Brown” color scheme. Its design combines Realme and Harry Potter logos with the Hogwarts crest, including the animals associated with the school’s four houses.

The crest is accompanied by the Latin phrase “Draco Dormiens Nunquam Titillandus,” translated as “Never tickle a sleeping dragon.” Inside the box are the earbuds, their charging case, a lanyard, additional ear tips in different sizes, and a separate container holding the user guide and warranty card.

Harry Potter Edition charging case

The charging case uses a faux-leather finish that gives it a more premium feel while also helping it resist fingerprints and providing additional grip. A shiny Hogwarts crest sits on the front above the LED indicator.

The rear carries a Harry Potter logo and the USB-C charging port. The words “Welcome to Hogwarts” appear on the lid’s hinge, while a lanyard connector is positioned on the right side. The Realme logo is placed on top of the case.

The earbuds themselves follow the same brown-and-gold theme. Each stem features the letter “H,” reinforcing the Harry Potter design. However, the stems have a glossy, reflective surface that picks up smudges easily and may require frequent cleaning.

Suitcase-style accessory and lanyard

Realme also includes a separate suitcase-style case with a leather-like exterior and a small handle on top. The Hogwarts crest is displayed on its front, and loops on both sides allow the included lanyard to be attached.

The lanyard is styled like a knitted college crossbody strap rather than a simple wrist cord. It features the Hogwarts crest and an attachment representing Harry Potter’s owl, Hedwig, giving the accessory a distinctly themed appearance.

Same earbuds, higher price

Despite the extensive cosmetic changes, Realme says the Buds T500 Pro Harry Potter Edition has the same features as the regular Buds T500 Pro. The additional cost therefore pays for the packaging, finish, accessories and Harry Potter branding rather than a different audio feature set.

That makes the limited edition primarily an option for fans who value the collection’s visual design. Buyers seeking the standard Buds T500 Pro experience can spend considerably less on one of the regular color options.
