Oppo has revealed the design of the K14 Plus ahead of its September 29 unveiling in India, while confirming that the phone will be available in three memory configurations. The company has also shown both of its color options and detailed several hardware features on its Indian website.
The K14 Plus will be sold in Star White and Solar Orange. Both versions use the same rear-cover pattern and carry the slogan “Stay Cool. Stay Powered.” in the upper-right area of the back panel.
Oppo K14 Plus design and build
Images shared by Oppo show the volume rocker and power button on the right side of the phone. The bottom edge includes a USB-C port, SIM card slot, primary microphone and speaker grille, while a second microphone is positioned along the top edge.
The frame does not show antenna lines, suggesting that the K14 Plus uses a plastic construction. The phone will also include an in-display fingerprint scanner, dual stereo speakers and an IP69K rating for protection against dust and water exposure.
Three memory configurations confirmed
Oppo has confirmed that the highest configuration includes 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Buyers will also be able to choose between 6GB of RAM with 128GB of storage and 8GB of RAM with 128GB of storage.
That gives the phone a broader range of storage options than the previously revealed top model alone suggested. Pricing for each version has not yet been announced.
Oppo K14 Plus specifications
The K14 Plus will use MediaTek’s Dimensity 7360 Max chipset and run ColorOS 16. Its display measures 6.77 inches and uses a 1.5K AMOLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate.
A large 8,000mAh battery will support 45W charging. Oppo is also equipping the phone with a 5,000mm² vapor-chamber cooling system, which is designed to manage heat during demanding use.
For photography, the phone will have a 16MP front camera using Sony’s IMX480 sensor. The rear camera system combines a 50MP primary camera with optical image stabilization and a 2MP bokeh camera.
