The Oppo F35 Pro is a feature-focused mid-range smartphone launched in India alongside the standard F35. It combines a large 144Hz OLED display, a substantial 8,000mAh battery, fast wired charging and a more capable camera and chipset setup than its non-Pro sibling.
The phone feels solid in the hand, although its plastic construction may not appeal to every buyer. Oppo has focused on durability, giving the F35 Pro IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K certifications. Those ratings provide extensive protection against dust and water, helping the device stand out in a crowded mid-range market.
Oppo F35 Pro display and design
The F35 Pro uses a 6.78-inch OLED panel with a maximum refresh rate of 144Hz. The large screen is well suited to media and gaming, but the phone is not especially comfortable for one-handed use. Its size also makes the under-display fingerprint reader, positioned close to the bottom edge, feel awkward at times.
There is an important limitation to the headline refresh rate: 144Hz is available only in certain games rather than across the entire system. That means users should not expect every menu, app or interface animation to run at the panel's maximum rate.
Oppo offers the phone in Sunrise Orange, Twilight Brown and Wave Blue. The Sunrise Orange version has a wavy rear pattern and a matte finish that helps reduce visible fingerprints and smudges. This variant also includes a matching case in the box.
Performance and cameras
The Pro model is powered by a Dimensity 7360 Max chipset, while the regular F35 uses a Dimensity 6360 Max. Both phones start with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, according to the available specifications.
Camera hardware is another area where the Pro version gains an advantage. Both models include a 50MP main camera and a 50MP front-facing camera, but the F35 Pro adds an 8MP ultrawide camera. Its stronger hardware also enables 4K video recording, whereas the standard F35 is limited to 2.5K recording.
Battery life and charging
Despite the differences elsewhere, both F35 models share an 8,000mAh battery and support 80W wired fast charging. That capacity is considerably larger than what is common in many smartphones, although the phone's large display and overall size contribute to a substantial physical footprint.
Overall, the Oppo F35 Pro presents itself as a rugged, large-screen mid-ranger with a particularly strong battery specification. Its 144Hz OLED panel, ultrawide camera, 4K recording and tougher protection give it a broader feature set than the regular F35. However, buyers should account for the plastic build, challenging one-handed operation and the restricted availability of the fastest display refresh rate.
