The iQOO 16 and iQOO Pad Ultra have reportedly been detailed in full ahead of their official unveiling. Digital Chat Station, posting on Weibo, listed specifications for both devices, including their displays, Snapdragon chipset, camera hardware, batteries, and gaming-focused features.
iQOO 16 specifications
According to the leak, the iQOO 16 will feature a 6.85-inch Samsung M16 “LEAD” OLED display with a 2K+ resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. The phone is expected to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 processor alongside iQOO’s Q4 self-developed gaming chip.
The reported camera setup includes a 50MP main camera with a 1/1.3-inch-type sensor, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera. The telephoto unit is said to use Sony’s IMX882 sensor and provide 3x optical zoom. A 32MP camera is listed for selfies.
Powering the phone will reportedly be an 8,400mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. Other listed features include an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner built into the display, a dual-axis vibration motor, and symmetrical stereo speakers.
The leak also claims the iQOO 16 will carry IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, as well as USB 3.2 support. These details position the phone as a device aimed at demanding gaming and multimedia use, although iQOO has not yet confirmed the specifications in the supplied information.
iQOO Pad Ultra hardware details
The iQOO Pad Ultra is said to have an 8.8-inch OLED display with a 2304-by-1440 resolution, a 16:10 aspect ratio, and a 165Hz refresh rate. Like the phone, it will reportedly use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset and iQOO’s Q4 gaming chip.
Digital Chat Station also claims the tablet will include a built-in large-size cooling fan. The design is expected to feature symmetrical stereo speakers and two X-axis vibration motors, adding hardware intended for gaming and immersive media playback.
A 9,020mAh battery with 66W wired charging is listed for the tablet. The leak further claims that the Pad Ultra will measure 5.74mm thick and weigh 298 grams, though those figures remain unconfirmed until iQOO provides official specifications.
What the leak means
The reported specifications suggest that iQOO is preparing both products around high-refresh-rate screens, sustained performance, and large battery capacities. The Pad Ultra’s claimed cooling fan and vibration hardware would give it a more gaming-oriented feature set than a typical compact tablet.
With the unveiling reportedly less than 24 hours away when the details emerged, official information should clarify the final specifications, availability, and pricing. Until then, the figures remain leak-based rather than confirmed product details.
