Honor has confirmed that its Win 2 series will be unveiled in China on October 21. The launch will introduce the Honor Win 2 and Win 2 RT, while the company will also announce the Win Tablet and Win Earbuds at the same event.
Honor shared the launch date and product teasers through a post on Weibo. The images provide an early look at the rear designs of the upcoming phones and tablet, but the company has not yet published full specifications for the Win 2 series.
Honor Win 2 phones show built-in cooling
The teaser for the Win 2 series shows a large rear camera island with two cameras, an LED light and the Win logo. An exhaust opening can also be seen near the bottom of the module.
An active cooling fan appears to be integrated into the rear section of the phones. Honor has not explained the fan’s performance, operating method or whether it will be included on both the Win 2 and Win 2 RT. The design suggests cooling will be a central feature of the series, although more details are expected at the launch event.
The company has not confirmed the full camera hardware, display specifications or battery capacities for either phone. Those details remain subject to the official announcement.
Win Tablet confirmed with OLED display
Honor’s tablet teaser shows a single rear camera and a separate cooling fan. The company has confirmed that the Win Tablet will use an OLED display and run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.
Honor has not disclosed the tablet’s screen size, battery capacity, memory configurations or pricing. Its inclusion alongside the Win 2 phones indicates that the company is positioning the event as a broader product launch rather than a smartphone-only announcement.
Reported Win 2 specifications
Recent leaks have pointed to a 6.89-inch OLED display for the Honor Win 2, along with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chipset and a battery exceeding 10,000mAh. Honor has not confirmed these specifications, so they should be treated as unverified until the October 21 event.
The Win 2 RT is reportedly expected to use the older Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. The company has not provided official details about how the RT model will differ from the standard Win 2.
Honor will also unveil the Win Earbuds during the same event. Pricing, availability outside China and additional product specifications have not been announced.
