Amazon has launched early discounts on a broad selection of foldable phones and flagship smartphones ahead of Prime Deal Days, which begins October 6 and runs for two days. Some offers require an active Prime membership, while others apply automatically at checkout.

The biggest reductions include nearly €600 off the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 and almost €700 off the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra. Amazon is also selling Samsung’s Galaxy S26 Ultra for €1,015, despite the phone’s current official 512GB price of €1,750.

Samsung foldables lead the early discounts

The 256GB Galaxy Z Fold8 is discounted by 30%, while the 512GB version receives a smaller reduction. The larger Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra is 29% off in its 512GB configuration, giving shoppers a substantial saving on Samsung’s newest book-style foldable range.

Samsung’s clamshell Galaxy Z Flip8 has an even larger percentage discount, with the 256GB model reduced by 42%. The 512GB version remains priced above €1,200, making the lower-capacity model the more attractive option in this promotion.

Motorola provides alternatives in both foldable categories. The Razr Fold has a smaller discount but includes an 8.1-inch internal display, a 6.6-inch cover screen and a 6,000mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging. The more affordable Razr 70+ offers 512GB of storage and a 4,500mAh battery, while the Razr 70 is a mid-range model with a Dimensity 7450X chipset. The Razr 70 does not require Prime for its checkout discount.

Flagship phone discounts include Galaxy S26 Ultra

Samsung’s Galaxy S26 series is also part of the early sale. European prices for the range recently increased by €100, but the discounted prices remain considerably lower. The Galaxy S26 Ultra stands out with a €735 reduction from its official 512GB price.

The vivo X300 Pro is discounted by 21%. It combines a Dimensity 9500 processor with a 6.78-inch LTPO OLED display, a 5,440mAh battery and a camera system led by a 200MP periscope telephoto camera.

Poco is offering two performance-focused alternatives. The F9 Ultra pairs Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 performance with an 8,050mAh battery, a 185Hz OLED display and a 200MP main camera. The F9 Pro uses a lower-tier version of the same processor family, a smaller display and a 6,330mAh battery.

More affordable options from Xiaomi and Poco

Shoppers looking below the flagship tier can consider Xiaomi’s 17T and 17T Pro, powered by the Dimensity 8500 Ultra and Dimensity 9500, respectively. The phones feature 6.59-inch and 6.83-inch displays, while their batteries are rated at 6,500mAh and 7,000mAh.

Poco’s X8 Pro and X8 Pro Max target lower prices, coming in below €300 and €400 respectively. They offer similarly large displays and batteries ranging from 6,500mAh to 8,500mAh, although their camera systems are less capable than those on Xiaomi’s 17T models.

Prime Deal Days officially starts on October 6, so prices and stock may change before the main two-day event begins.
