Amazon has rolled out a wave of discounts across Apple's newest Mac hardware, headlined by savings of up to $600 on M5 Pro and M5 Max MacBook Pro models. The retailer is also cutting prices on the Studio Display lineup, offering pre-order discounts on the 2026 Mac mini and Mac Studio, and dropping the AirTag 2 four-pack to a record low.

MacBook Pro discounts up to $600

The deepest cuts land on Apple's high-end laptops. The 14-inch M5 Max MacBook Pro (36GB/2TB) is $600 off at $3,499, while the 14-inch M5 Pro model (18-core/24GB/2TB) drops $500 to $2,699. On the larger side, the 16-inch M5 Max (36GB/2TB) is $400 off at $3,899, and the 16-inch M5 Max (48GB/2TB) falls $500 to $4,499.

Several of these prices beat previous discounts by as much as $100, making them some of the strongest MacBook Pro offers seen so far on the current generation.

First discounts on Mac mini and Mac Studio

Amazon has also introduced early cash discounts on Apple's newly announced desktops ahead of their September 22 launch. These are pre-order deals, with savings reaching up to $49:

  • M5 Max Mac Studio (36GB/512GB): $49 off at $2,449.99
  • M6 Mac mini (16GB/256GB): $19 off at $879.99
  • M6 Mac mini (16GB/512GB): $29 off at $1,069.99
  • M5 Pro Mac mini (24GB/512GB): $29 off at $1,669.99

While the reductions are modest, they mark the first price drops on machines that only just went up for order.

Studio Display savings up to $330

Buyers pairing a new Mac with a monitor can save on Apple's Studio Display range. The standard Studio Display with tilt-adjustable stand is $100 off at $1,499, while the tilt- and height-adjustable version drops $112 to $1,886.35. The biggest reduction goes to the Studio Display XDR with Standard Glass and a tilt- and height-adjustable stand, now $330 off at $2,969.

AirTag 2 hits a new low

Apple's AirTag 2 is also on sale. The four-pack is down to $79.99 from $99, a $19 saving that Amazon lists as a record low, beating the previous best price by around $9. The single unit is $5 off at $24.

The discounts cover a broad slice of Apple's current and upcoming Mac ecosystem, giving shoppers an opening to save whether they are buying a laptop, a desktop, an external display, or accessories. As with all retailer promotions, prices can shift quickly, so availability may vary by configuration.
